Wingman Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wingman Discord bot (“Wingman” or the “Bot”) provided by nexq (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Wingman Discord Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Wingman.

1. Description of Wingman Wingman is a Discord bot inspired by the character Wingman from the game Valorant, developed by Riot Games. The Bot assists users with various functionalities within Discord servers, as outlined on the website landing page located at http://192.168.2.199/wingman-bot. Please refer to the landing page for detailed information on Wingman’s features and capabilities. Wingman is capable of utilizing ChatGPT3.5-Turbo along with other AI LLM’s which are not guaranteed to be safe this is why ChatGPT is the primary model.

2. Ownership and Rights Wingman is based on Wingman from Valorant, a game developed by Riot Games. We do not claim ownership of the original Wingman character, design, or any associated intellectual property rights. The profile picture used by Wingman within Discord servers is derived from the game, and we do not claim ownership of it. All code for Wingman is open-source and available for public access via Red-DiscordBot.

3. User Responsibilities By using Wingman, you agree to the following:

• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use Wingman for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Wingman to impersonate this specific bot.
• You will not disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any servers or networks connected to Wingman.

4. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use Wingman.

5. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the website. By continuing to access or use Wingman after the revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wingman at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Government of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
